At Automotive-Emblem, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn or unused, in its original condition.
• With tags and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (a note with the order number is acceptable).

Return Shipping & Conditions

• If your return is approved due to an item being not as described, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send the package.
• If the return is for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
