- Europe: 2–14 business days.
- Rest of the World: 5–14 business days.

Customs & Import Duties

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items

- If untracked shipping was selected, we cannot provide compensation for lost packages.
- If tracked shipping was selected, we will send a replacement free of charge (shipping costs may apply).
